This is an historical house/property in South Etobicoke that has been converted into apartments and is surrounded by apartment buildings. In the centre of the complex is a beautiful mansion that was built in the 1900s and its accompanying gardens. The "new face of Mimico" plan includes demolishing this house and the old apartment buildings that surround it.
